Non-refundable deposit. The $850 deposit secures your spot and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Non-refundable payments. Any payment made after the deposit is also non-refundable, even if participation is canceled for personal reasons.
Client responsibility. Payments must be made by the agreed dates without the need for reminders.
Late payment. If a plan payment is 15 days past due, the plan is considered breached: the spot is canceled and payments made are non-refundable.
Deadline. Full payment must be completed by August 25, 2027. If not, and there is no response within 15 days, the spot is forfeited without refund.
Payment methods. Credit or debit card only.
Changes. BlueKings may modify the itinerary, dates or costs due to unforeseen events and will communicate any change in a timely manner.
BlueKings · Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk
1. Voluntary participation. I am choosing to join this expedition of my own free will.
2. Risks. I understand the trip involves real risks, including snorkeling in open ocean, currents, weather, boat and speedboat travel, domestic flights, and being in remote areas far from hospitals. These risks can lead to injury, illness or death.
3. Wild animals. I will be in the water with wild animals, including sharks. Their behavior is unpredictable and sightings are never guaranteed. I will follow all interaction rules, including never touching or chasing wildlife.
4. Health and swimming ability. I am in good health, can swim comfortably, and have disclosed any medical condition. I will follow the guides' instructions, and I accept that they may limit my participation for safety.
5. Release. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I release BlueKings, its owners, guides, staff and local partners from any claim for injury, illness, death, or loss or damage to property arising from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6. Third parties. Hotels, airlines, boat operators and other providers are independent companies. BlueKings is not responsible for their acts, delays or cancellations.
7. Medical care. I authorize emergency medical treatment if needed, at my own cost.
8. Travel insurance. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, and BlueKings will share the best options available. If I choose not to buy travel insurance, I accept full responsibility for any costs from illness, injury, evacuation, cancellations, delays or lost belongings, and BlueKings is not responsible for them.
9. Other activities. Any activity outside the BlueKings program, such as renting scooters, jet skis, surfing, or any other activity I choose to do on my own, is entirely my own decision and responsibility. BlueKings does not organize, supervise or insure these activities and is not responsible for any injury, damage, loss or cost that results from them.
10. Photos and video. I agree that BlueKings may use photos and videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes.
11. General. This agreement is governed by the laws of Puerto Rico. If any part is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. I have read and understand this document.
